Lorretta Waldorf was an actress.
The Fourth Doctor and Romana II came to visit her in Hollywood in 1930. She was worried that her voice was going to be taken, which happened shortly afterwards when a strange creature arrived. Dr Julius took her to his clinic in order to collect parts of her to sell in the future. The Doctor showed her voice and mind how to get back to her body. She then helped the rest of the actors to form a mob to save the Doctor. (AUDIO: The Silent Scream)
