In 2012, according to the Eleventh Doctor, a Dalek fleet landed at the CERN nuclear laboratory in Switzerland. Before he could intervene, the scientists accidentally created a black hole that swallowed the Daleks, as well as half of France. In 2022, the reader of a guide for time travellers dropped their breakfast and the toast landed butter-side down.
