Kate was a colonist on Alpha One. Her husband was Gabe. At Christmas, Kate was very pregnant and there was a blizzard. The Fifth Doctor, Peri and Erimem helped them get to the town, where the baby was born, uniting the town. (PROSE: Far Away in a Manger)
