Kayla McGuire was a PhD student at the University of Cambridge. She rented out a punt to the Tenth Doctor and K9 Mark II. She had a piece of anachronistic technology. She later told the Doctor of her meeting with Ace. The Doctor showed her that she agreed to let Axos to us her spare brain capacity. Learning of this, the axons took complete control of her. She was restored after the Doctor defeated Axos. Ace offered her a position at A Charitable Earth. (AUDIO: Quantum of Axos)
