Kchtaal was a Silurian.
Kchtaal's father was responsible for sealing the shelters once all the Silurians had entered hibernation due to the arrival of the Moon. Morka and Kchtaal were friends and hunting partners. He was killed by primitive humans (which the Silurians called "mams") during a hunting party. He sacrificed himself to save Morka's life. (PROSE: Prelude Blood Heat)
