Kyle Inskip was an elder from whom Ross Nicolson stole rations in 2163. He tried to stop Alan Weir from judging him because Ross knew he was sorry. He told the Sixth Doctor about the refinery nearby and what the Daleks were doing there. He was a mechanic. He helped the Doctor retrieve the TARDIS from a bog. (AUDIO: Masters of Earth)
