LEGO Dimensions was a video game which was available for the PS4 and could be described as a "Batman game", "LEGO Movie game", or as "Lord of the Rings" which was created by TT Games and WB Games, and its cover art featured Batman, Wyldstyle, and Gandalf. Its packaging stated that an internet connection was required, and contained plastic packets of LEGO to build a 'toy pad', (WC: Starter Pack Adventure) also known as a 'LEGO Gateway'. (GAME: LEGO Dimensions) Characters featured in the game included Batman, Wyldstyle, Gandalf, Scooby-Doo, a velociraptor, Owen Grady, an ACU trooper, Lloyd Garmadon, Shaggy Rogers, the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Homer Simpson, Marge Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Maggie Simpson, and Bart Simpson. A child once owned a copy of the game, causing many more children to come to their house, hoping to play it. (WC: Starter Pack Adventure)

This is an in-universe counterpart of the real world LEGO Dimensions, a crossover video game featuring, among other franchises, Doctor Who. However, due to Starter Pack Adventure implicitly being set outside of the Doctor Who universe, it is not considered a valid source by this wiki.
