Lady of The Lake was a flavour of ice cream provided by Millingdale which was commissioned to celebrate the Guinevere space mission. The "Our Flavours" page of their website described it as "a single strawberry drowning in the finest blueberry ice cream". (PROSE: Our Flavours)
