Leon Harris was a resident at the Mercy Hill Care Home.
Twice-weekly, Leon would attempt to escape from the care home. Staff would usually catch up with him, but every once in a while he made it a little further.
He was once found crawling along the central reservation of the M4.
He was attempting to escape when Alexander Martin was visited at the care home by Jack Harkness. As Jack left, Leon was being dragged back from the neighbouring field shouting crude obscenities. (PROSE: The House That Jack Built)
