With the Cupids[[edit] | [edit source]]

Early days[[edit] | [edit source]]

Thymon "quit" his post in order to live with the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, though retained the powers of his eye. He would subsequently attempt to mend his ways and make amends, becoming "mail-sorter prime" and working alongside Philatel-426.

During Thymon's encounter with Auteur, Auteur claimed that Thymon's power had been destroyed by the narrative of the Crew absorbing his, stating he was "now here to stay" and diminishing his influence to that of "comic relief". Dealings with Auteur[[edit] | [edit source]]

In December 2020, Thymon was summoned for his expert opinion after Carter-1277 opened a mysterious gift which contained a large leatherbound book. He was able to determine three things: first, that the book originated from the Third Universe as opposed to the Prime Universe; second, that he didn't know how or when the book had ended up in the Cupid Homeworld but that whoever was responsible had some very serious metatemporal capabilities; and lastly, that there was something rotten about the whole business. However, Celebration-665 of the Department of Festivities was also consulted on the matter and instead regarded the gift as a Christmas miracle, with a reading of the book commencing once it was agreed Celebration should be trusted more when it came to the proper handling a Christmas present. Thymon then sulked in a corner, with some of the other Cupids snickering at his expense, but he was later proved correct when the book turned out to be Auteur's Abecedarium. Two years later, Thymon was working in his office sorting letters when he noticed Philatel's shadow stretching across the wall. Thymon reached out, having the effect of smashing Auteur, who had been summoned to the Homeworld once more, against the wall. Thymon threatened Auteur with his eye, demanding to know what he was, sensing something which was a mere mimicry of himself but a danger all the same. They had a brief confrontation in which they debated their respective powers, Auteur calling Thymon a "jumped-up swimmer with the hubris of a god" while Thymon identified Auteur as a "parasite" belonging to "the ones who hail from Third and think themselves the lords of time". Auteur eventually escaped Thymon's hold, slipping away and knocking his hat from his head. Auteur then became a shadow once again and left, stealing the keys which unlocked all of the Homeworld's vital doors in the process. Thymon started up a cry in an attempt to stop Auteur as he made his way to the Fog Ship hangar while other Cupids fired arrows at him but their combined efforts were ineffectual. Marriage to Jenny Everywhere[[edit] | [edit source]]

Thymon wedded one incarnation of Jenny Everywhere, producing a time-shifting child whom they named Sophie Everytime. They had decided against the surname "Everywhere-Thymon", as they felt it was a little bit "too much." The Bookwyrm later recounted this information. (PROSE: Previously On... Legacy[[edit] | [edit source]]

In November 2019, Maxiassa, a Gendar, invoked Thymon's name in a figure of speech, exclaiming "for Thymon's sake!", while talking with the Greth about the legacy of the Sun Builders. (PROSE: Out of the Box [+]Loading...["Out of the Box (short story)"])
