Lucentra was the planet which Tom Braudy crashed upon. The Eighth Doctor, Charley Pollard and C'rizz visited the prison cell where Tom was imprisoned by accident. Kim Kronotska travelled to collect him after she return from Earth. The inhabitants didn't develop visual recording techniques. (AUDIO: Memory Lane)
