Luke was a resident of Cardiff. After cheating on Abigail Forehill with her flatmate Fran, he entered into a relationship with Fran whilst still texting Abigail to win her back. Because of the unhappiness that he caused Abigail, he was devoured by the life-optimisation engine and restored two weeks later thanks to Ianto Jones. (AUDIO: Ex Machina)
