Master Plans was the regular cartoon by Christopher Cooper in the This Week's News section of DWA 61. While presented as one of the many recurring series of these cartoons, this was the only instance of Master Plans.

When the Saxon Master took office, he redecorated 10 Downing Street by removing the "portraits of ex-Prime Ministers painted by old masters" and replaced with "portraits of old Masters painted by ex-Prime Ministers".
