Micah Scale was the owner of a Victorian travelling carnival, which included a freak show.
In 1893, he obtained a temporal interferometry machine through unknown means. It was stolen from him by Sebastian Chiltern, but Scale managed to keep one of the eight mirrors that was part of the machine. He was killed by O'Keagh. (PROSE: Camera Obscura)
