In September 2006, Mickey used his mobile phone on speed dial to co-ordinate the pursuit of Blon Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen, then disguised as Lord Mayor of Cardiff Margaret Blaine, with the Ninth Doctor, Rose Tyler and Captain Jack Harkness.
