Milne Futures was a business run by Oliver Milne, based in an office block in Splott.
Oliver used brain augmentation drugs supplied by the Committee to enhance his workers. This was discovered by Torchwood, so Ianto Jones attempted to undo the drugs' effects by putting retcon in the office block's water supply. This inadvertently fatally poisoned all the workers, leading to the company's shutdown and the office block being left abandoned. (AUDIO: The Office of Never Was)
