Mr Minchen was a resident of Legion City who built virtual reality video games in the basement of his brother's salon.
Unaware of Bernice Summerfield's expertise and career, Mr Minchen invited her to play his Christmas video game and, after she passed out in the pod due to a lack of oxygen, he took a photograph of her.
