Mission from Colonel White! was a 21 short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe.
Notably, it saw the Mysterons once again attempt to destroy Unity City, a location first introduced in The Daleks comic story Duel of the Daleks.

On behalf of Colonel White, Agent Twenty One briefs Universal Secret Service agents and Spectrum's Shades on the situation that the Mysterons have captured a TX 204 Jet-fighter and intend to use it to destroy Unity City. He states Agents and Shades should report to him immediately with information on how they would stop the plane mid-flight, along with a reminder that agents whose reports are featured on the USS page will be awarded ten shillings.
