Mister Timms was the most powerful psychic in the Cosmos according to a hawker on an Isle of Man's beach. He could detect that Liv Chenka came from Kaldor. He later appeared in a possessed state at Jim Irving's house asking for Voirrey Irving. Liv and Helen Sinclair found him cold and dazed and brought him to his house to look after him.
