Mont Salève was a mountain in France across the border from the Swiss city of Geneva.
Mont Salève was popular for hiking and paragliding. The top of the mountain could be reached in five minutes by a cable car. The mountain afforded a spectacular view on Geneva.
Tengobushi landed their ship on the top of Mont Salève. They killed two young hikers to lay a trap for Osgood.
General Grant Avery of UNIT was interrogated and tortured by Dokan in the Tengobushi ship but rescued by UNIT troops. Osgood was attacked by paragliding Tengobushi while going down in the cable car but saved by Josh Carter. (AUDIO: Death in Geneva)
