New Memphis (city)

New Memphis was a city on the Earth colony planet of the same name. It was the planet's largest settlement, and was likely established in the middle of the 24th century.
When the Tenth Doctor visited in 2487, New Memphis was a dense, urban jungle with rampant organised crime. The massive Elvis the King Spaceport had expanded into the city, with its new Terminal 13 under construction. (PROSE: Judgement of the Judoon)
