Newton Institute

The Newton Institute was a scientific research establishment in Wootton, just outside of Cambridge. In the 1970s, its director was Charles Percival. Much of its funding came from UNIT as very few others took the institute's work seriously.
Under the alias of Professor Thascalos, the Master worked alongside Stuart Hyde and Ruth Ingram to create TOMTIT. (TV: The Time Monster)
