With the Monan invasion of Gryben imminent, Narvin ordered Time Control to surround Gryben with Battle TARDISes armed with null space missiles. When the Timonic Fusion Device dematerialised, Romana II had K9 Mark I contact his counterpart on Gallifrey and have Irving Braxiatel order Time Control to stand the missiles down.
