On the Waterfront was a children's television series which aired on BBC One from 24 April 1988 to 8 July 1989.
A mini-episode of Doctor Who - entitled The Shrink [+]Loading...["The Shrink (TV story)"] - was aired during the third episode of the second series of On the Waterfront as promotion for The Ultimate Adventure [+]Loading...["The Ultimate Adventure (stage play)"], with Jon Pertwee reprising his role as the Third Doctor.
