Oskar was the boyfriend of Henrik's heir Rudi Henrik, who also had a wife, Valentina. On 5 March 2005, Oskar, Rudi, and Valentina travelled to London after the department store had been blown up the night before. Although the Henrik family publicly claimed they would pay compensation to the employees left jobless by the disaster, in private, Rudi had been informed by lawyers that contractual language gave them leeway to blame the explosion on the employees instead, allowing them to withhold funds and possibly even sue the survivors for lost wages.

Rudi and his entourage were late, prompting a Henrik's employee waiting in line at a temporary office for compensation forms to suggest his helicopter had been held up over Monte Carlo. The limousine carrying Oskar, Rudi, and Valentina pulled up at the ruins after the start of a Nestene invasion that was transforming the plastic in and around London into murderous Autons. Oskar disembarked from the car on the opposite side as Rudi and Valentina, and were met by a group of Auton mannequins. Rudi assumed they were Henrik's workers dressed up to greet him, but one Auton decapitated Valentina and another turned its hand into a drill and impaled Oskar in the stomach. Rudi died immediately thereafter while attempting to flee to safety inside the limo. (PROSERose)
