A particle projector was a device designed by the Thirteenth Doctor to project gold particles in the air as a way to fight the Cybermen. On a human refugee planet in the immediate aftermath of the Cyber-Wars, the particle projector was set up by Yasmin Khan, only to be destroyed by Cyberdrones soon after.
