Team TARDIS went to a planet with human refugees after following the coordinates given to them by Percy Shelley.
After arriving there, they met a group of refugees, and set up a neural inhibitor system, a particle projector and a rudimentary force field to defend themselves and the refugees from the Cybermen. However, Cyberdrones came flying and destroyed the equipment. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen)
After defeating Ashad, the Cybermen, the Spy Master and CyberMasters on Gallifrey, the Thirteenth Doctor returned to the planet in a stolen TARDIS, which disguised itself as a tree. The Doctor abandoned the stolen TARDIS on the planet, to live out eternity, and returned to her own TARDIS, from which she was promptly taken prisoner by the Judoon. (TV: The Timeless Children)

The planet was similar, almost identical, to a war-struck Earth except for a visible ring planet in the far distance of the sky. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen)
