In an alternative timeline, Lord Patrex was a True Lord leader from Southern Gallifrey. He was an ally of Lady Borusa, who was by his side when he died.
Three decades after Patrex's death, Narvin, Leela, and Romana arrived from another Gallifrey. When Narvin attempted to claim they were civilian refugees from Southern Gallifrey, his ignorance of the real Patrex's fate confirmed Borusa's suspicions that the trio were lying.
