Phil (The Blooming Menace)

Phil was a member of the Fellows Club. She dressed as a man to be close to Toby Entwhistle who she loved. She helped in the defence of the club with the Ninth Doctor and Toby against the Eulalia. She admitted her love to Toby which allowed the Eulalia to escape to freedom. The Doctor gave her a piece of psychic paper to allow her to have the deeds to the Fellow Club which could then convince Toby's parents to allow them to marry as she was working class.
