The Phoenix was a fabled mythological bird, believed to be one of a kind. The Phoenix was capable of bursting into flame and being reborn from the ashes in a state of renewed youth. While known to be a mythical creature, the Phoenix lived in the Arabian desert, for a lifespan of five to six hundred years, before burning itself to ashes on a funeral pile, before emerging once again with renewed youth, going on to live another cycle.
