Planetoid (The Pandorica Opens)

The Maldovarium on the planetoid. (TV: The Pandorica Opens)

An unnamed planetoid (AUDIO: The Light Keepers) asteroid or indeed TARDIS (AUDIO: Inside the Maldovarium) was the location of Dorium Maldovar's Maldovarium trading post. (TV: The Pandorica Opens, et al.)

The "planet" which the Maldovarium sat upon was originally a disguised TARDIS. Dorium explained to Jenny that he built the Maldovarium on this apparent "barren rock" after it "came into his possession", though he was never able to enter the TARDIS's interior, below. The TARDIS doors frequently moved from place to place, refusing to yield to him. (AUDIO: Inside the Maldovarium)

The planetoid was at times located near the space-time rift known as Geryon's Eye, through which most of Dorium's customers arrived. Miles away from the Maldovarium, across a desert, was the colossus statue of the Light Keepers, known colloquially as the "Beacon People", who worked to keep the Lux imprisoned. (AUDIO: The Light Keepers)

At least one Time Lord, the Corsair, occasionally landed their TARDIS in the Maldovarium, directly atop the chameleon circuit-disguised TARDIS below.

After Dorium directed Jenny, the Doctor's daughter, to the TARDIS doors, the TARDIS allowed her in. She dematerialised, leaving Dorium behind on the Maldovarium. Since the structure itself was a disguised spaceship, Dorium piloted his trading post to another asteroid, a near-perfect replica of the asteroid form the TARDIS had taken on.
