Miss Price was a secretary at the Department of New Towns. She attempted to stop Lizbeth Hayhoe from barging into one of Mr Bowers' meetings but was unsuccessful and then provided her with tea, after which Lizbeth told her to flee as they both knew that Mr Bowers and his colleagues were "not right".
