Private gallery 15 was the section of Platform One where the Doctor's TARDIS, carrying the Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler, arrived in anticipation of Earth Death in the year 5,000,000,000. From there, one could observe the planet Earth just prior to its destruction. (TV: The End of the World)
