The Quark home planet (COMIC: Martha the Mechanical Housemaid) was the Quarks' base of operations in a "distant" galaxy. Used during the Quark campaign against the Doctor, the Quarks had screens through which they could watch the Second Doctor at any point in time and space, (COMIC: Invasion of the Quarks, The Killer Wasps, Martha the Mechanical Housemaid) even while his TARDIS was whirling. (COMIC: The Killer Wasps)

History[[edit] | [edit source]]

Following the first Quark invasion of Earth, the planet's "complete speaker system" was used to inform every Quark of the Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon's actions. (COMIC: Invasion of the Quarks)

In the planet's secret laboratory, Quark scientists created the Giant Wasps. When the Doctor landed on the nearby planet Gano, the Wasps were able to fly through space between the planets and attack the Doctor, followed by the Quarks. (COMIC: The Killer Wasps)

The Doctor later landed on another nearby planet, the Quarks once more sent a squad after him. (COMIC: Jungle of Doom)

The Quark planet's relative position to Earth during the Martha riots. (COMIC: Martha the Mechanical Housemaid)

From their home planet, the Quarks sent out a signal which overrode the Marthas, causing the Martha riots. Coming to Earth in a fleet of Quark craft, they were defeated in this invasion by the Doctor and sent back to their home planet. (COMIC: Martha the Mechanical Housemaid)
