Quentin was a Quark named by Petronella Osgood, who reprogramed him to help her, Naomi Cross and Junaid Mirza at Portstone New Town.
On Kate Stewart and Osgood's command, Quentin destroyed the Dominators' spacecraft to force Director Prast into surrendering. UNIT later decomissioned him and the other Quarks and stored them in the Black Archive. (AUDIO: Power of the Dominators)
