Random Regenerations was the first game and fifth release exclusively published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2024 on 7 September 2023 by Penguin Group.[1]

The Master has tried to force each Doctor from the First Doctor to the Fourteenth Doctor, along with the Fugitive Doctor, to regenerate at once, leading to their faces getting muddled up. A human is asked to identify all of the Doctors and repair the timeline.

- It is mentioned how Tecteun forced the Timeless Child to regenerate in order to learn the secrets of the process, referencing the flashbacks seen in The Timeless Children.
- The Spy Master is stated to have forced the Thirteenth Doctor to effectively regenerate into him as part of a plan to "trash [the Doctor's] reputation" by doing evil deeds in their name, referencing the events of The Power of the Doctor.
