Regenerations was a radio play written by Daragh Carville, and broadcast on BBC Radio 3.

It was set at a Doctor Who convention in Belfast, and featured Tom Baker and Sophie Aldred.

  • A group of five friends attend an annual Doctor Who convention. Four of them, and all or almost all of the other attendees, are gay men. The only straight man of the five is accompanied by his girlfriend, who is the only woman in attendance.
  • The convention is hosted by the Belfast chapter of the Doctor Who Appreciation Society, celebrating their 20th anniversary.
