On Platform One, a Retrieval Tag was necessary to retrieve luggage previously kept in the station's storage facilities. On one visit to the Platform, the Ninth Doctor lost his Tag before he could retrieve the TARDIS, forcing him to answer a series of questions about the Ship and its appearance to convince the then-"newly-minted" Chief Steward that it was in fact his.
