Reuben Shaw

He was apparently a poor cook, Emily joking that she had signed the Official Secrets Act more times than Reuben had ruined hot dinners. After she received a letter from the Apocalypse Clock, she called Reuben and Lucy to say goodbye "in [her] own way", leaving the actual explanation to Liz. He died in 1995, after which Liz took some time away from P.R.O.B.E. to mourn him.
