Robert Stretton

Robert Stretton was the father of Clara Stretton. He was concerned with the number of injuries of Samuel Belfrage but was a benefactor of the business, so when the workers went on strike he didn't want them to ask for a pay raise. He was worried about the attention Thomas Brewster was getting from his daughter. He attempted to bribe Brewster to leave Clara alone. He was the MP for the area where Ackleton was. He was killed by machines that were animated by valvadis technology, but was resurrected by the same technology. (AUDIO: Industrial Evolution)
