Rogers was Winston Churchill's gardener at Chartwell. He went missing shortly before the Eleventh Doctor arrived at the estate according to Lily Arwell, but Danvers and Whitaker had used them in their experiments. He stopped Danvers doing to same with Lily. (AUDIO: The Chartwell Metamorphosis)
