Rory Kinnear (born 17 February 1978[1]) voiced Samuel Belfrage in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Industrial Evolution.
According to Nicholas Briggs, Rory confessed in the recording sessions of Industrial Evolution that he had never seen an episode of Doctor Who[2].
