Madame Ségovie, whose real name was Ellie Collier, was a false psychic. She ran a business where she pretended to contact dead relatives.
In 1919, she held a séance at the Sutton house to contact the spirit of Charles for the grieving Charlotte. Bernice Summerfield attended the séance while investigating a number of children that had gone missing.
Though a charlatan, the psychic resonance connecting Q'ell and Earth gave her a vision of a battlefield and caused a table in the house to explode. (PROSE: Toy Soldiers)
