Second Incorporation

The second Incorporation was the deputy leader of the Incorporation both in life and in death and was instrumental in their plan to return to life through stealing the Ninth Doctor's artron energy.
After the Doctor was petrified on Occasus, his consciousness was the first to meet him, leading to the Doctor's refusal to cooperate in their plans. He eventually handed him over to the first Incorporation to make a deal. Even with the Doctor freed, he continued to try and bring the species back to life but was eventually stopped by the Doctor and Fred, rendering them permanently trapped in gold.
