A security guard was a military guard for Satellite Five. When the Ninth Doctor, Jack Harkness and Lynda Moss were arrested, he tried to interrogate them, sentencing them to a life term at the Lunar Penal Colony. The Doctor and Jack knocked him and the other guards out and reclaimed their weapons, ready for Floor 500. (TV: Bad Wolf)
