Sera Marvelle

Sera Marvelle was the Governer of Fergil. She thought initially she should have locked up the War Doctor and the War Ollistra upon their arrival to her city. She tried to defend the city against the Daleks, and gave the Doctor the knowledge he needed for it. On the Doctor's advice she evacuated the city. (AUDIO: Pretty Lies)
