Shibac was an instructor from the year 4000 who taught mechanics. He liked Charlotte Willis's accent and thought she was an excellent driver, however he didn’t take too kindly to being kidnapped by Charlotte. He assisted the Fourth Doctor and Leela in defeating Jalnik and the Pantophagen. He was left stranded in the year 1977 with Charlotte. (AUDIO: The Foe from the Future)
