Siloportem

Siloportem was the capital of the Blood Coteries. Like the later City of the Saved, it was famous for being a multicultural haven, frequented by non-posthuman groups. It was generally regarded as the capital of the decadent universe and was of such importance to causality that it was considered a Posthuman World in its own right, despite being a city instead of a planet.
Siloportem was home to many obscure political systems, including gibberism, anathemism, fractal stoicism and the doctocracy practiced by Malakh XXIII. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
Vedular Ormazd Mostyn was born in Siloportem in 14,413,112.
