Skar (The Sontaran Project)

Skar was part of the Eighth Sontaran Battlefleet. He captured Colonel Vikram Shindi in the Ardennes. He interrogated Shindi to find the location of Merx. He thought that Merx was dead and wanted to recover his body. He came to England to find it. He worked with Shindi and Kate Stewart to get Merx back. (AUDIO: The Sontaran Project)
