Space City Control Tower
The Space City Control Tower, also known as Space City Headquarters, was the building from which Commander Zero and Lieutenant Ninety oversaw the operations of both Space City and the World Space Patrol as a whole.

In January 2065, Lieutenant Ninety detected an automatic space mayday coming from Area 4 of Sector 25 while working in the Space City Control Tower and, on the orders of Commander Zero, alerted Fireball XL5 to get Steve Zodiac to investigate. Later, Zero was in the Control Tower when he received an urgent call from Steve, who had been reported dead. Zero was unimpressed, asking "So you've finally decided to contact base, eh, Zodiac?", but did give Steve the information he desired regarding the location of the Batmen-occupied space freighter which had escaped Fireball, specifically that it had moved to the edge of Sector 25, almost in hyperspace. (COMIC: The Batmen) On 30 January, TV Century 21 reported on its front page that Space City Headquarters "buzzed with excitement" that Fireball had landed on an unknown asteroid in hyperspace while pursuing the freighter.
